I know I am probally beating a dead horse :horse: but here goes ...
I thing everyone of US should again collectively let GM know of our discust with our local dealers and their service departments.
Even with the TSB and other GM information given them all the service advisors, and techs seem to have either limited intellegence or ability to treat us with the respect we who keep their income coming in deserves.
It is a sad time in our world when "customer service" means we the customer must service them.
One of my biggest complaint is when phone calls are not returned.
My VOTE is going to be with my $$$$ and not even allowing them to do warranty work any more.
