Lovely!

I hear a light whine coming from the rear end, and every shift I make the rear end makes a horrible clunk.

I had the dealership install the aftermarket bushings before I picked the car up. I have no idea if the clunk was dealer caused or otherwise. The car had 350 miles when I picked it up and I put another 1000 on it driving it back to Phoenix.

Other than the clunk and the fact that my hand gets smashed between the shifter and my Valentine one power outlet plug, the car is awesome!

HAHAHAHAHA,
For the valentine, I got an extension and pluged it to the outlet behind the center armrest, temporary but my hands liked it better.
It is a sweet car you'll love it, it has a few problems but eventually the warranty fixes it all
good luck

The new rear diff could fix the clunk and whine.

Sometimes the whine will go away with time but the clunking won't. The car is awesome, I'm going to lease an '06 Black on Black FG2 CTS-V once my current lease expires ('04 LP CTS-V). I was looking at the C6, 911, and an AWD STS... The first two are impractical for me and the STS is too slow and doesn't handle like a sports car.

I hope StealthV will write custom tunes for the LS2. :yup:
