My passenger side mirror folds in and out but when I push the button for it to fold out it does, but for about 10 seconds the motor still runs and is pretty loud is this a sign that it is going out or can it needs to be reset or something

Mine dont even fold in. So I dont worry about it. I try to park in a spot where im not close to anyone. Funny cause my 02' mirrors STILL fold in and out with zero problems. Theses 07's and on have cheaper parts and I assume that the Co wants to make parts and make more money so they install plastic which is PROMISING to break and wear out faster, than brass or any other type of metal. These mirrors suck b_lls!
