Shocks

Have a '05 CTS-V with some ground control springs and the stock struts. One of the stock fronts blew out so its time to do some replacing. So far, all i've been able to find are the QA1's. Does anyone else make some improved shocks/struts for the V?

A small list of names would be much appreciated.

Thankyou

After driving plenty of normal miles and track miles, I'm very happy with FG2s and 500/550 springs. Unless my FG2s fail, I'm sticking with it.
Yes. Some hard core guys may suggest 600/650 and that may be great. But I just drove 1600 miles going back and forth to VIR and 200 miles on track and I think the 500/550 and FG2 combo is PERFECT!

Oh yeah, and add a CTS armrest. Long distance bliss right there. It was a great weekend...
WOW! If it's just the fronts having problems, that's a great price for replacements. I guess Nivomat technology is expensive. Would GM warranty just the fronts if that's all we purchased?
