2017 vsport turbo with air shocks are leaking, is there any issues if i go with non air shocks or should i fork out the money and stick with air shocks will there be any issues, ride does have 93k miles definitely trying to keep for as long as possible.

They're not air shocks, but Magnetic Ride Control (MRC). Unfortunately they're a bit expensive, but the ride and performance can't be beat. Parts cost is about $1,600 for all four from a discount online dealership, and you'll get the new 3rd generation part with the latest synthetic oil inside. If you replace the MRC dampers with lesser shocks/struts the ride and handling will be destroyed.

Appreciate the response I'm also being told the computer might act up, guess I have no choice need to spend thanks again for helping me making the right decision.

Yes, you would have to plug something into the shock electrical connectors, or reprogram the ECM, to extinguish the error light and subsequent limits imposed by the limp home mode. Part of owning an exclusive high-performance car is the performance parts are a bit more expensive. Compared to Mercedes air struts at more than $1K each, our VSport maintenance costs are modest.
