Have some minor issues which should be resolved under the warranty (the right camera for 360 view is not working).
Will do an oil change at the same time.
Will they was my car as part of the service?
I had lexus before and each time I brought it there - the car was washed.

Depends of the dealer I guess. Mine washes it, but I made sure to tell them no brushes and if there are any scratches after, they will be fixing it on their dime.

I think calling the DEALER and asking them
would probably give you more accurate information than asking on this forum -

When mine was under warranty I always got it back washed. That said, I agrees with Bass.

My car is spotless under the hood, inside and out whenever I’ve taken it into a dealer. They’d better not wash it w/o my permission.

When visiting the dealer, I always had them note my paperwork to NOT WASH my vehicle.
