Hey guys,

Last night when I came out of a store my car wouldn't start and all it needed was a jump. But that's when all the other problems occured. As I was on my way home driving around to charge it up, Service Vehicle Soon and Service Brake Assist came up on the display. Also, I can not set cruise control anymore and my traction control is turned off and I can't turn it back on. And when I go to shift from park to drive it doesn't want to shift at first and it still kind of tough to. I never had any problems before and I'm really hoping something just got screwed up with the computer when the battery died. If anyone could help me out on where to start or ever had this happen to them before, I would greatly apprecaite it! Thank you in advance!!

There is a chance that it is related to low voltage. Charge or replace your battery, test the alternator and see if it continues. This car does not respond well to weak batteries.

Thanks for the reply man. Yeah that's what I was hoping on. Last time I brough it in, they said I should have the battery replaced anyways, but I didn't, just thought they were trying to stiff me. I just was drivinng it around during lunch and didn't get any warnings anymore and anything. So I guess I'm gonna go get my battery replaced tonight and hopefully the warnings stay off
