Two issues, maybe I can get some input or opinions. Here are the scenarios.

I got my K&N Aircharger back from HaveBlue after running the tests, and the Volant's take about 1.5-2 weeks for delivery, so I put the K&N back onto my car while I'm waiting for the Volant to arrive. After I put it back on and took it through its ranges a few times, a service airbag warning keeps popping up on the DIC, and the airbag light comes on in the cluster. It's only when having it floored in 3rd or 4th gear, or when shifting into 5th. It goes away when you restart the engine again. Any ideas? Since it has to do with the airbag, I'm a bit more concerned than if it were something else.

Second issue, I was racing a Mustang GT a few weeks back and I ended up hitting a little bump at 100+mph. The bump is usually a very gentle, long, rolling curve in the road, but at the speed, it turned out to be a little harsh. Now, it feels like there is a bit of play in the front towers. It just doesn't feel the same and I've noticed that the car gets a little more body lean through the same turns now. The steering just doesn't feel as tidy as it did before, and I'm wondering if this is just mental or if I should actually pay to have this checked out?

Any input or opinions would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think your problems have NOTHING to do with the intake at all. If I was you I would install the Eibach Anti Roll kit it makes a huge difference in handling a turn that I could do before at around 70 and being kinda scared now I can actually do it at 90+ and I am not scared at all because I can tell I have control of the car. It makes the steering a little stiffer but you have control of your car. The Ait Bag message take it to Cadillac they will fix it under warranty.

The air bag light should go out if the problem is not present, it should not require a key cycle to clear. It sounds like you may have a connection issue in your seat. The extra pressure on the seat when you are accelrating may be stressing an already poor connection. It's likely that it's not a huge problem but it should be looked into.
A code should be stored that will lead the dealer to the component in question. GM cars do not keep the air bag light on unless there is a problem right now.
