I have owned my 2000 Catera since 2014. Having start issues. Has power to starter. No crank when key turned to start. No crank when I jump starter solenoid. No power to wipers or turn signals. And "Security" light is blinking. What causes security light to blink?

Possibly ignition switch, do the lights come on when you turn ignition on, such check engine light Traction and airbag, buzzing noise?
