Well I'm back again, my 2000 deville is running like an absolute champ since I fixed the misfire issue, it was the coil cassette but I fixed numerous things as well and it really runs like a champ now. Thanks all. But, next problem, the only belt buckle that works is for the passenger seat, my driver buckle or my middle seat buckle do not work. Is there a way to take the buckle out, and take it apart? Buckles are somewhat more expensive then I was hoping so I if could fix a broken one that would be great, as I feel bad when someone comes along for a ride in my car and were not completely safe. The belt goes into the buckle but doesnt click, it just goes in and comes out theres no grabbing. Any ideas?

Spray some electrical component cleaner in there and hit them with the air gun before you get too ambitious. They could just be a little gummy.
