Well, the question in my mind is, does the burning saltwater release enough energy to sustain the radio frequency generator let alone also enough energy to power a car?

The effects on a metal fuel tank in a metal car may not be desirable either. Oh wait...cars aren't made of metal anymore.

Wow. If the oil companies don't whack him he's and instant billionaire. Even if its not used as car fuel it could do wonders for heating homes considering if the burnoff isn't harmful.
