Recently I started noticing that when between 1500-2000 RPM (give or take) my engine sometimes stutters and can't hold a stable RPM for a few seconds before it goes back to a smooth, stable value. I checked for any thrown codes when though there wasn't any CEL and found there was originally codes saying there was an engine misfire and misfires on every cylinder. I cleared them and checked later and saw that the misfire codes were back along with codes P0014, P0024, P0011, and P0021. I cleared again and now it only shows P0021, and P0011, so far I've checked and the oil doesn't seem bad, but I've changed all 4 vvt control solenoids only a few months ago and since then I've put less then 10,000 miles on it.

Run a mode 6 test on your scanner and look for a misfire count. Share the count here. Could be as simple as bad plugs.

When I ran the scan earlier it was saying there was a misfire on cylinders 1 through 6 but I don't know which cylinder is starting it if it's just essentially a chain reaction.

You'll likely receive more and better help if you make the effort to look up and post the code definitions. I know I don't bother to go look up codes for a problem on somebody else's car. Also post relevant info like relevant repair work (you mentioned VVT solenoids) and mileage.

How many per each cylinder? When did you last replace your spark plugs? Do you remember which plugs you used?
