Road Sensing Suspension.

I have a 99 sts 52000 miles. I notice when i'm driving that the car seems to get a bumpy ride and almost feels like the back wheels are moving from side to side. I checked codes and I am getting rss 1785 and rss 1783. Can someone please help me with what to do next.

C1783 - ICCS2 DL Left Output Short Circuit to GND
C1785 - ICCS2 DL Right Output Short Circuit to GND

Someone with a service manual can tell you for sure, but it looks like you have a short with both the left and right sensors. Since the car is feeling like its pulling left and right, I'm thinking it's a problem with your wheel speed sensors, possibly causing faulty response from the suspension system?
