Reverse lights always on!

but 2012 cts, 58k miles, guy comes up next to me today and says reverse lights are on. sure enough, hes right. they are on in drive, neutral and reverse and park.

Also, having issues with engine starting back up when turning the car off)other thread) can they be related?

I don't really want to go to dealer, but will if i have to.
