Nice numbers. :)
did you do the tuning?

Graph disappears right after opening the thread so couldn't see what the curve looks like. the image might need to be smaller.
I like by to note Rob at Skips is a fine tuner. Nostrum didn’t give me the correct injector data amd thus when I sent Nostrum to double check the tune it was wrong. Even though the car made power but the fueling was in danger. Anyway after that I had Cooper Camaro tune the car to who has a better understanding of the ltg.2.0. It wasn’t the fault of the tuner at Skips. It was misinformation. Hope this helps

Thank you very much. No I haven’t done the pistons yet. Internals cams and valve springs only. I am debating to do meth kit. ZZPerformance’s said I am fine for now. I debating to do the pistons and rods next year, this all started out as me doing a small kit and got the bug to keep adding to it. Now I can’t stop. It’s been a lot of fun.

I subscribed to your channel. I know what you mean about catching the bug. I have a high flow catted downpipe, larger throttle body, e-85, zzp light tune (nothing super aggressive, still on stock internals and it has over 80k miles). I just bought a mishimoto intercooler and both hot and cold charge pipes which I am excited about. I think currently i am around 320-330hp at the wheels on e-85 probably 300 ish on pump 91 octane. I cannot wait for warmer weather. unfortunately I dont have a garage anymore so I do all my stuff on the street outside my condo... super fun lol.

Yes here in Florida’s we get e85. Very good you got the catch can. Check the cans first every 1000 miles and then should be checked between service. My cans caught about 4 .oz total from both CVC and pvc. If it wasn’t for that it go in to the intake and junk it all up and valves fail. When The intercooler, I was putting down 320hp rear wheels and 390 ft lbs torque. So their no reason that you shouldn’t be their as well. When you go with the bigger turbo you don’t get much more torque, like I was hopping for. But the hp went up. When I add the meth kit I hope to be at 450 ft lbs and 450 hp rear wheels. Will see.

Hey man I have been wanting to message you for a little bit now because I like to conversate with people that also have a big Turbo upgrade on these cars.

For myself, I don't know if you keep up too much on the Facebook pages, but I also have a Borg Warner EFR6758 Turbo on my car with full bolt ons and methanol. I am personally putting down about 427rwhp and 451rwtq.

You're putting down some really good numbers for just 93 octane which prompts me to ask you a few questions:

Are the zzp stage 2 cams and valve springs upgrade worth it in your opinion?

Are you using the same bolt on zfr 6758 turbo from zzp like me?

How much boost are you running on your setup? I feel mine only goes to 26.3psi and won't go any higher than that.

What year model is your car?

Thanks man in advance for the reply. If you have any questions feel free to ask me as well! I have a YouTube channel with some videos of the zfr setup too.

meth or even a diluted mix like windshield washer solvent would go along way for keeping your power when the weather warms up. Up north, you can get the 30% meth WW solvent for $2/gal on sale and if you run out on a trip, you can still get a lesser blend easily. The 50% meth boost juice tends to be closer to $10/gal and can take some hunting to find.

You can use meth for more power, but be sure your tune pulls a bunch of timing quickly if the IAT temps go up. If the kit fails or runs out of fluid, things can go boom quickly.

You can get any kind of racing fuel or fuel additives / boosters here Racing Fuels, Lubricants & Additives - VP Racing Fuels. They also have their own franchise gas station chain catering to the racing enthusiasts.

Cams and valve springs are a must!! Pain in the ass to install. Need two people and the right tool. If you have the power your car putting down, be very careful, it just a matter of when not if, you through a rod. If you bought your car with the zfr 6758 on it, and you been getting on it hard, you would have already thrown a rod. Chances are if the previous owner did the turbo they did the cams. Try to find out. Hate for you to order something that’s already on your car. My zfr 6758 was bolt on. I ordered everything through zzperformance.

I finishing my tune first before I do pistons and rods, as well as, meth kit. I am also looking into the trans upgrade to a 6L50. I have a 6 sp 6L45 now. I going to try to have a race shop look into beefing up the trans or see if the ats v trans will work.

I run 30lbs boost.

I have e85 as well, I run 30%. What the name of the dyno that your car get dyno on?

I had my car on different dyno’s and the numbers are sometimes off by 15-90 hp. So be careful of the true numbers you think the car has. I take mine to the track and make a few runs and do the math: weight, speed, time= hp

I have a couple YouTube videos: David Ats

Email me: I like to talk more about your car or my number.

I was hoping for those numbers, hit 372HP on the dyno. MoDs: All ZZP, Intercooler, CAI, full header back exhaust with high flow cat, their biggest turbo, larger throttle body and spacer, oil catch can, stage 3 cams, rods, pistons, arb studs, valve springs, e85 flex fuel kit, multiple tunes from ZZP and local tuners. Was on superflow dyno WinDyn ver 2.2

As a daily it’s fine. I recently pushed to the 500whp which was my goal and all good. Zzp makes good products but not very professional or avoid them building your engine. Facebook Projectltg is my site amd all that is listed. Feel free to message me on MS FB. There a lot you need to know and read up on. Cooper Camaro is a amazing tuner that really understands the ltg2.0
