Replacing tranny cooler lines.

My tranny lines have been leaking for some time now. I did the DIY thing and have already replaced the smaller line, the one from the cooler to the rad, and was wondering if the longer line(s) are just as frustrating to put on? Taking the front grille assembly off was the easy part, trying to thread the line back through was frustrating to say the least. The quick connect clips are no problem to work with, but I did notice that on the tranny itself there seems to be a different connection where the two lines attach. Any special tools required to remove and replace the line at the tranny?
