Remote unlock from trunk of Cbody

Does anyone know which cars have and do not have the door unlock button in the trunk. I have one car that has it and two that don't. Is it related to the security package??

I have an 86 coupe deville (c body style) it has the trunk rel (yellow button in the glove box to release the trunk latch when the key is in the on postion only.
