Anyone know where the relay center is on a 1990 deville sedan?

My car won't start... it's not getting power to the distributor. Any help is welcome. Thanks. No spark to the spark plugs also.

Replaced the cap, rotor, and coil. Coil had a burn mark on it from the distributor cap ground rod.

It still won't start so we're wondering if it's the relay center, something may have blown out?

There should be a row of relays under the hood. Back by the firewall you should find a black plastic cover, remove that and see if the relays are there. I might be confusing it with a Buick, but it seems as though I remember it being there. There are two long rows of relays up there.
Identifying which is which can be a chore as they are not labeled.
I also remember there being some fuses and relays in a big center behind the glove box. You just have to remove the hush panel under the passenger side dash.
If you need more than that I can check the service manual tomorrow.

It turned out to be my PCM, that control module thing. I took mine in to test it at the auto part store and it failed all 5 checks. Thanks for the info, because at least I know where they are now, the relays that is.
