Who's going to win??

I'm hoping deep down that its the Sox. Its pure hysteria in Boston. People dancing in the streets, overturning cars, celebrating and hugging people they don't even know...Our useles pathetic lives all depend on winning and losing vs. the yankees and getting to the world series. The thing is, its a beautiful thing. Red Sox fans are probably the best fans in the world because they won't give up and they are truly DIEHARD. There is no next year, its this year. Red Sox in 6. COWBOY UP!

I'm a Yankees fan. Always have been - well, since 1982.. Through thick and thin, I'm a Yankees fan. But, whether they win or lose doesn't do much for me. I'll route for the Yankees. If they lose? Oh well. I'll go have a Reese's peanut butter cup...

I didn't like the Yankees until Joe Torre took over. He's always been one of my all-time favorites, going back to about 1971.

I'd kind of like to see the BoSox and the Cubbies in the series. It would be fitting in a year that my team (Detroit) almost broke the record for futility with 119 losses.

If the sox won the world series it would be drunken mahem and anarchy. There would be 5 million people flooding boston for the parade. You don't know how long these people have waited. People are on cloud 9 right now and they haven't even played the Yankees yet. Boston would shut down for days if they won. I wouldn't go to work for at least a couple days. Thats how crazy it would be. I can't even imagine it.

I got new respect for the Red Sox after watching them come back from the brink of elimination. Still....the Yankees seem too strong and got the mental edge over the Sox. Yanks in 6.

This is so hard to predict. The yankees have home field and they are much more rested. Their opening round schedule was so advantageous and the yankees have all their starters rested. The red sox rotation is SCREWED the heck up.

However, I believe in the sox, they have something going for them, there's something in that dirty water. Believe me if you'd been to the wildcard clincher and the two home playoff games, you'd believe too. And you'd be a sox fan.

Well, I'm a Florida fan, mostly because I feel I should be. I'd like to see the Red Sox beat the Yankees though. Boston needs it. But, would kinda expect to see NY win. Always preferred the city of NY vs the city of Boston. NY's just a meaner, tougher bunch of a$$holes than #%$$^whipped boston. :)

I don't see how anyone could prefer New York to Boston. I love Boston. Not sure I ever want to visit NYC again. That's one scary place.

Regardless of who wins, I generally pull for the American League in the Series. It should be fun to watch, even more fun if the Cubbies get there, too.
