Yes- I checked 'mycadillac'- and I also have.I received a notice on mycadillac app, made an appointment for tomorrow for brake assist advisory.
Yes of course there is the USPS method and also visiting your dealership for any routine maintenance. Not that I don't check my app often..... but how about those that don't?
Shouldn't recalls like this come via the USPS mail as well, like they used to?
Mark JD If I had I would have mentioned that as well. FYI: I have only owned my XT4 since May 20th.Marc,
it
Did you get the recall notice in the mail?
OMG so it's not just me! I swore I've been having to smash the breaks when coming to a complete stop!!!!!!! Not all the time... but sometimes I'm like DAMN, bout to hit this person LOLThought I would show what Recall(s) were out there (already shown above by the OP) and I was able to find the same one for my XT4.
So I took some screen shots off of my "myCadillac" app's Recall section.
Perhaps you should try again and go through the below 3 steps to see if you can see if you have any active Recalls. The Red & Pink Recall notification does not appear every time you open up the myCadillac app.… I just looked at the mycaddiac app and a pink bar popped up on top of the screen and then disappeared. I couldn't find anything about the recall. There must be something wrong with my app.
