2005 Escalade quote. Is this fair or am I being taken?

Sometimes a rig is the fix you need

Well, when I removed the seat control panel on the side of the seat, all the "sleeves" for the screws were broken. I figured I'd just get a used one off of eBay, and shrugged it off. 2003 EXT Throwing up in the driveway
