Been almost 6-7 years since i replaced my rear shocks with OEM CVRSS. Those can't really be found anymore and i got the bounce again. Will these suffice? Says they have the bypass resister.

Yeah, but they are a waste of money. You can just get the Monroe's and buy a $.50 resister to put in the cars connector and wrap it with electric tape.
