Originally from '05 CTS-V, they are black leather with the fake suede inserts. There are no rips, no tears, and no stains. They are not perfect and do, however, have minor wear and scuffing as any 10-year-old seat would have. If you've got a rip or tear, these would work perfectly. $225 for both, or will separate for $125 each. Am not crazy about shipping, but MIGHT consider it if you have some good ideas on how to sufficiently protect them in lieu of having a great big cardboard box. Of course, shipping would be on your nickel.
