Rear power outlet not working

Does anyone have this issue on their Escalade too the rear power outlet won’t let me plug in anything maybe cause there has to be a ground first inserted so it opens the top ports idk does anyone know how to fix this.

Hah, I know what you're talking about, it's a "tamper proof" outlet so there's kind of a "guard" in the energized prongs to prevent kids from sticking things in them. Just push harder, two prong plugs work fine
