I need to replace the rear hubs on a 2006 CTS 3.6.
Does anyone have a preference on manufacture and/or vendor.
Thanks, Spook

Everyone will say timken or skf, they're like the gold stands of bearings. The fronts are easy, the back are horrible, don't skimp on them IMO.

You will hear a lot of different things. Some will say Moog. My experience with them is less than stellar. Others will say Timken. That was my choice for many years. Because for most Cadillacs and Corvettes (what I work on) they were OE in a less expensive box. That has changed and unless you get old stock you aren't getting OE in a Timken box anymore. Now I only use OE ACDelco and SKF. Napa's premium bearing line is SKF as far as I know. I install a lot of bearings, and I have a 3 year warranty. I have little confidence that anything other than ACDelco or SKF will fulfill my warranty. When I still installed other brands I had to eat the cost of a few ACDelcos to do the right thing and upgrade my customers to a bearing that would last as long as the original. I did not enjoy the experience. So my recommendation is OE or SKF.
