Most likely a rear air mix door problem. Have you pulled the DTC's?
Rear Climate controls dont blow cold air!
The rear climate controls in the center consule on my 02 DeVille will not blow cold air! :rant2: Even if you put it at the coldest setting its warm air. Has anybody heard of this happening before?

I have no idea what a DTC is.... Im fully capable of taking interor stuff apart tho, so if you can get into some detail Ill take a look.

I think that temp control actuator is under the dash on the passenger side. I had the same DTC but it did not seem to affect the rear temp so I told the dealer to leave it alone and I would monitor it even though it is under warranty. If yours is not working at all, I guess you'll have to replace that actuator. A FSM will come in handy.

Took me about 9 months to snag a set. They where far and few between and went for high prices. Maybe '02's are more plentifull. Happy hunting.
