I have a 95 DeVille. The rear automatic door lock has quit unlocking. It will lock, but not unlock. I hesitate to tear into the door panel without any experience. Anyone have any experience with this? I have had them repaired by the dealer in the past $$$$.
Thanks

Is it only one door that isn't working right? There's probably something wrong with it inside the door or one of the wires between the door and the car is broken.

Yes but will it unlock with the fob or driver's door switch? The switches in the back will only lock, not unlock, the doors.

I thought that's what he said when Sandy asked that. That it locks but it won't unlock.

I read it too fast. I think he does say it won't unlock. That doesn't leave much other than the actuator.
