Dear colleagues,

Like Sam's posting below, I too am having starting issues with my 98 Seville STS but with the addition that I never have a problem starting it for the first time in the morning. It cranks up immediately then. It's only throughout the day that I have to keep cranking and cranking for it to start up. Would the same advice likely apply regarding the regulator being the likely culprit?

Yes, check the fuel pressure regulator. It is probably leaking and in need of replacement.
