2001 with 54,000 miles. ran great until I ran it out of gas at a stop sign on a steep hill. It's been at a shop for 6 weeks and the mechanic has given up.
fuel pressure is good, car turns over like it wants to start but nothing. Mechanic says it may be some anti-theft process that hes not away of?

Please help

Thanks

ITS YOUR TURN SIGNAL FUSE!!!! CHANGE IT AND YOU SHOULD BE 100%. It really is that easy of a fix. Same thing happen to me in my 99. Spent all night on the side of a road trying to fix it till I discovered that the turn signal fuse also coinsides with something to do with the fuel regulator. I believe it's a 20amp yellow. Change the fuse and let me know how it turns out
