On my non navigation console the display screen does not show radio stations and other info. Radio, etc. works fine. Screen backlight works or at least lights up, but numbers, letters, etc. I think the root cause was moisture from a leaky sun roof. Any advice on servicing the screen or purchasing a replacement screen?

That poster was lucky enough to get his screen serviced under warranty. Probably worth asking him what the dealership had to do to get it replaced so you can get a scope of the work that needs to be done to repair.
