So I snapped the over flow hose nipple iff my radiator an now need to install a new radiator an recommended radiator s an is there any treats or advice needed in changing it?

If I'm not mistaken, the overflow hose has no pressure in it. So, instead of a new rad, maybe try some JB weld plastic or a similar plastic repair agent and see if that works. For the odd rare times that you get coolant through there, I would be doing that instead. You can go a month or ten months at a time with no coolant in there. It will save you the money for a new rad for something so minor!
