I have a V2 cts V coupe, manual transmission, with a very easy 40K milage. I am the second owner, and have no mechanical issues, and it purrs so nice, however it doesnt produce that whine typical to a supercharger??? Is something wrng did they make a change in the 2015?

The stock air filter housing subdues that sound very well. A cone type air filter housing will give you that sound. That's what I found when I made such a change on my STS-V when I had it.
