You could be getting too much egr.Try pulling the egr valve out and cleaning it. It is a simple process and takes little time. Do you know what to do?

It could be possible the pintle is getting out of range but not enough to trip a code.

If you go into pcm data, PD07, this is what you should have:

Ignition on, Engine off...44
At idle...44
At WOT...44
Partial throttle...number rises

After you get it cleaned and back in, recheck those signals. At idle and wot, egr should be very minimal.
