I posted earlier about my 96 Concours blowing hot air. I've had the car to a shop and the tech put the gauges on and said all the readings were at perfect levels and the lines are cold. He seems to think the control head in the dash is bad or the doors in the dash are stuck and not switching over. I don't know if either could be right because when I push from defroster to floor I can hear the doors switching so both seem to be working. Any ideas?

What you are hearing is the mode door. Your problem sounds like the air mix door actuator. There are two. One for the drivers side and one for the passengers side. One is visible from the top after removing the glove box. The other from below after removing the lower insulator panel. When you run the temp up and down you should see both actuators move.
