Programing new keyfobs for 2006 STS-V

I know
so many people are going to say use the search feature. This site crashes or runs
very slow on my computer. Can someone point me or IM me directions on how
to program new key fobs to my 2006 Cadillac STS-V. Thank you the only ones found says I need
to cycle a key under my license plate 5x ???
