After finding and removing two wires hooked in to the 30 amp and 10 amp fuses in the fuse panel under the rear drivers side passenger seat the sunroof stopped working, but the locks and windows started working in the rear doors. So any ideas how to get power back to the sunroof? I'm not all that comfortable with the electical side of the CTS.

Replace all fuses having to do with both, and reprogram them if they have a reprogram method. Search here to see if there's a reprogram for the sunroof.

This is after market not GM installed. It was just plugged into one side of a 30amp fuse, and the other wire was plugged into one side of a 10amp fuse, like piggy backed off of 2 fuses.

Aftermarket... Try to piggy back it to another set of fuses, or use 2 of the empty fuse slots that won't interfere with other things.
