Power Steering EVO control module

I have a 1993 Fleetwood Brougham with an EVO controller on the power steering pump. The pump needs to be replaced, but power steering pumps with EVO controllers are no longer available. It looks to me like the pump and reservoir are the same for both the EVO and non-EVO applications. Can I just screw my EVO controller into a remanufactured pump listed as "non-EVO"?

If I decide not to use the EVO controller, is there a conversion kit needed to convert from EVO to non-EVO?
