I've had my 2013 SRX for a little over two years now and have had many issues with it including: seat warmers went out, car battery died, rattling coming from under dash, rear camera wenr out and memory mirrors not returning to their programed spot. The dealer has managed to fix most of these issues but the rattling and the mirror issue continue. The most annoying part is that everytime I bring it into the dealer to fix the claim that they can't "duplicate" the issue and therefore send me on my way...making me feel like I'm not important or that I must be imagining these things. Is anyone else having issues like this?

I have not had issues like this with my Esky's but I did have problems with a previous GM car and had the service manager take it for a test drive with me, so that I could show them the issues and there was no way they could tell me that the problem could not be duplicated.

Ask for that test drive with the service manager or have another dealership check it out if you have one nearby.
