Anyone know if there is a vacuum line on the power antenna unit?

None... There is a drain tube on power antennas.

Power Antenna

Power antenna unit not working, had to unhook power to keep from running the battery down, is it best to just replace the unit? Found one at RockAuto.com.

OR you can replace the cable, IF you can find one at a GM dealer (follow the instructions to the letter).
If not, you can find a repair kit here, but compare the price to a new antenna.
