Hi everyone, ESV...id does not have the overhead rear DVD, they are in the headrests. My question is how can I plug my phone in to listen to the music on it. I don't use an iPod, just my phone. So in essence all I need is a aux port I dont care about controling the rear camera etc so do I need a lockpick? Can I do this easily? Thanks.

Rich.

If you don't have factory RSE, and you have a 2007-2009 truck then yes, you will need either a LockPick, or if ALL you want is Aux input functionality you can get away with something like the SimpleTech AUX input. Keep in mind the GMX-550 lockpick is a SLEW of features including aux input, bluetooth inputs for an aftermarket bluetooth system, direct iPod control, video input, DVD unlock while driving yada yada yada... If ALL you want is just a plain old Aux input, you can get away with just this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CADILLAC-IPHONE-IPOD-MP3-DVD-DUAL-AUX-PORTABLE-ADAPTER-/360350884303?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model:Escalade&hash=item53e69621cf#ht_3786wt_910
