My drivers side headlight was giving off a pink color. Internet searches revealed it was probably a headlight bulb going bad. I replaced the bulb, but its still pink. Anyone know what else could be causing this other than the headlight bulb?

If it were me I'd change both bulbs.its always possible to have a defevtive New bulb.so change both and switch bulbs from side to side.ive had pink and changed both,so colors ie Kelvin are exactly the same,plus if one goes the other is close behind.good luck.

Thanks. Good idea about switching bulbs. That should tell me if the driver's side problem is something other than the bulb.

Pink usually means the bulb is bad. But if it’s not the bulb, it’s probably a bad ballast.
