So I just put on the new bumper. I bought my clear fogs/sidemarkers from ebay and then I got the bumper cover and lower grill from shopgmparts.com because it was the cheapest place I could find that would ship to Canada but it was still pretty expensive :mad2: and then I bought 6 screws to attach the lights to the bumper and that was all I needed.

Everything was easy to install, some of those expansion pins were a b!tch to get out so I ended up cutting a couple off and buying new ones. I found that the front wheel well liners don't fit back into place properly. I got them to stay in there good and you can't notice unless you're looking into the wheel well but there's gaps in the bottom and you could tell they aren't meant to sit like that. I'm gonna buy the cts-v wheel wells this weekend.

@TunixComplex i said wheel WELLS lol.. plus the cts-v wheels are 6 bolt they don't fit on our cars.

So I just went outside and took a picture of the gap.

And I just bought a new phone which has a way better camera so here's another picture.

Are those cts-v fogs, no right, those are sts-v clear fogs? What else did you have to get to install the fogs to the v bumper, just plug and play? Can you throw us some links to the parts you bought, bro? I really just need the bumper, grill, and fogs I guess.

I might like to throw on a v bumper. Looks real hot on our black rides w the sport grille. So to order I just need, bumper cover and lower grill from shopgmparts.com? Can you throw us some part numbers you used? I really appreciated it.

Things I bought:

CTS-V bumper cover
CTS-V Lower Grill
Clear fog lights/sidemarkers from ebay
couple screws and a couple expansion pins

I didn't wanna do the lexan clear fog mod because I wanted the oem look so I bought the fogs from ebay. Make sure to get the CTS-V ones. The regular CTS fogs have only 2 holes on them and they won't attach unless you do some modding to them. I had to get a friend in the states to order them and then send them to me because they don't ship to Canada like every other place :banghead:

These lights are just plug and play, the holes lined up perfectly just need to buy some screws to attach them. Everything else I used from my original bumper like the rubber air dam and the plastic seal that goes around the fogs fit perfectly.

You'll also need to buy some plastic expansion pins because you need 8 of them to attach the new grill onto the new bumper and I broke a couple when taking off my original bumper... although I read a thread where someone just used zip ties.

Thanks for the info. Did you remove the front chrome strip on the hood, too, or is it painted? Nice ride once again.

Does anyone know the part number or what that rubber seal is called around the fog lights? I lost one of mine.

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone. Next time I post pics I will have my windows and tail lights tinted and hopefully have the lexani rims I want mounted on.

I was also thinking of doing eyelids. Like this but without the yellow tint. Makes the car look mean :devil:

Damn had no idea the clear side markers and fogs were so expensive. Smh sidetracked me a little. Wonder why shipping is so much.
