For some odd reason, my contacts won't load up, but I can access my favorites...anyone else have this issue? I'm going to delete my paired phone and see if that works..

When pairing the phone there is (on my phone - Moto G) a small check box in the lower left had corner of the 'pair' notice that gives permission for CUE to access the phones contacts. Tap that, then tap pair, and your contacts should show up on CUE. At least that is how it worked for mine.
