PCM P0137 - Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

What is this? Does the oxygen sensor have to be replaced or what? I'm sure it affects fuel mileage.

I've noticed my car hasn't been running the best so I ran through the codes and noticed this current one. My SES light hasn't come on, but it still is current.

The 2003 SLS - B1S2 is the after-cat sensor. Before throwing money at it, get the car up in the air and remove the wiring shield. Check the connector for proper contact and the harness for burns or chafe.

B2S1 is the left (front) exhaust manifold sensor
B1S1 is the rear (right) exhaust manifold sensor
(some models have a pre-cat sensor. We do not.)
so.......B1S2 becomes the after-cat sensor.
