I'm looking for the part numbers of the items below. Thanks for any help!

-3.73 rear end from the 3.2L's.
-fog light housing plus everything else needed from the new STS
-wood dash from the new '06 CTS
-STB from the '06 CTS (front and rear...it is both front and rear right? please?)
-CTS-V seats
-shock and spring setup from the V

Have you used the CTS Parts List in the FAQ section? I know the v shocks, springs and sway bar are in there.:yup:

I've never seen the part number for the 3.2's differential, but the FAQ lists the V rear end as PN #15793756, which also has 3.73 gears. Supposedly it also has positraction, but it's never mentioned anywhere except by V owners. It should bolt right up to our CTS's, but may the parts list shows different axles. I don't know if our driveshaft will bolt up (ours is two piece, the V is one piece). I don't know what an STB is, so can't help you there. (maybe you mean the strut brace, which is on the front only for the 06 CTS. It's not out yet other than on actual cars, so again, can't help.) CTS-V seats: there's a set on EBay for $699.
