my 97 deville instrument panel intermittently goes blank except
for the PRND21. it returns to normal 1 to 5 min later.
during problem car is not charging while driving.
cadillac has replaced ipc twice to no avail. what in the .... else can
it be ?
im sure somebody has had this experience.
