I can pair the Droid Razr in my 2015 ATS but my problem is that every time I shut the car down and then reenter and restart it, the phone has to be paired again. Am I missing something? I have only owned the car about a month.

I have a Droid Razr Maxx HD and it reconnects every time without re-pairing. Sorry, this really isn't helping you. I would check the CUE forum or call Cadillac's CUE tech line for help.

One problem I had which may be similar - (I have an LG G3, btw):
If I plug in a USB cable to charge my phone BEFORE pairing, my phone often won't be recognized and I have to go through the pairing process.

When I turn on Bluetooth first, the car recognizes my phone, then I can plug in the USB cable for charging, and there's no issue.

Got the solution to my problem. Make sure if you are using a hands free ear device to turn it off. My Bose earpiece was on every time I entered the car and I turned it off and my droid automatically popped up each and every time.
