Paint Bubbles

I've noticed some paint bubbles on the trunk lid, above the Cadillac logo, below the third brake light. I noticed it after I washed the car.

Any tips on how to deal with this? (Car is out of warranty).

We call this defect paint blistering. The most common cause is poor rework by use of body filler. I believe the trunk lid is an aluminum panel, it should not have rusted. Are you able to tell if the paint is original?
