I have a 2002 DHS deville with 80122 miles and it has these codes in it, I scanned them and erased them but they come back on in about 20 miles of driving, I live 300 miles from the nearest Cad dealer and do most of my own work, I scanned it with my Snapon MT2500, The question is do I pull the trans and replace the TCC soleniod or are the clutches burned that cause the excess slipping?
Thanks for the help in advance.

I believe the TCC solenoid is in the side cover and the cradle has to be lowered to gain access..... so I am told, never had the pleasure.

The good news is you don't "have" to fix it. It just means that the TCC is not locking up the torque converter above 41 MPH, so there will be minor slippage (just like the older transmissions always did). Worst case is that you will turn 100-200 hif=gher RPM at any given speed and you milage will drop by about 1 MPG or less. The cost of repair is probably in the vicintity of $2000.
