Rock Auto wants $155 for a new EGR for your car (AC-Delco part 2145058), and the gasket (AC-Delco part 219175) is another $4. It's a relatively simple operation to remove and reinstall the valve, but the stainless steel fuel rail mounting tab can get in the way and complicate things a little bit.
